In the event of purchasing a
house or estate, the client will have the advisory and legal services
related to the whole operation, as an example they can apply the
following:
1.
The writing of the purchase-sale
contract between the seller and the buyer or revising the contract they have
already, giving to the clients all the necessary information about it in
Spanish and in English language.
2.
They can also make the first draft of
the deed in order to give it to the Notary, giving legal advice to the
client before the act of formalising it.
3.
Going with the client to the Notary’s
office for the act of formalising the deed, staying with him or her in this
important act and informing them about everything, solving all the doubts,
problems or questions they may have.
4.
Taking all the necessary steps to check
that the situation of the state at the Land Registry Office is correct and
with no burdens or charges.
5.
Making the necessary inquiries to check
that the seller has paid all the condominium instalments of the house at the
moment o formalising the deed.
6.
Giving legal advice to the client about
all the taxes and fees to be paid derived from the purchase-sale, taking
into account that all the documents for the payment will be prepared by the
Notary’s office (except some exceptional circumstances).
7.
Giving advice to the clients about the
insurance policy of the house that they already have. We can also help the
client in the step of contracting a new policy.

Property Management company, which is a British owned company and run
property management company with a property rental, car hire division and
golf booking agency, offering non-resident property owner the ultimate
complete service package here on the Costa Blanca where we have operated for
over 12 years.
This property management company
currently manages over 200 apartments and villas in the Villamartin , La
Zenia Golf, Playa Flamenca area and on the golf courses Las Ramblas and
Campoamor and in Pueblo Latino of which approximately one hundred and fifty
are available letting and the remainder are looked after on a
straightforward management basis.
